Coastline Ink Terms and Conditions:



SMP (HAIR TATTOO)


1. All quotes are valid for three months.


2. A 20% deposit is required in advance to secure appointments. For a change of mind and treatment cancellations, please note that deposits and all service payments remain non-refundable at any time.


3. 48 hours' notice is required for all appointment changes. ALL date changes or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointments will be charged 10% of the original quote. A rebooking invoice will be sent to you and must be paid before your next appointment is confirmed.


4. Coastline SMP reserves the right to retain deposits for cancellations within 48 hours or nondisclosure of known medical conditions.


5. SMP clients must pay 50% of the remaining balance at the end of the first treatment session, with the outstanding amount due after the second session. ZipMoney and bank transfers must be completed to ensure funds are cleared before each treatment session.


6. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, cash, and bank transfers. We do not accept cheques, American Express, or Laser cards.

7. Pigment fading is likely over time, and periodic touch-ups may be necessary due to differences in scalp conditions, sun exposure, or other scalp damage.


8. SMP treatment is typically delivered in 2-4 sessions spaced 7-28 days apart based on individual recommendations to deliver optimum results


9. Coastline SMP will make a professional judgment about completing the treatment when further improvement is not possible through additional sessions.


10. Coastline SMP reserves the right to cancel procedures if clients are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, which may jeopardize their safety. We also have the right to refuse treatment services if we feel threatened, abused, or unsafe in the presence of clients or accompanying individuals.


11. While complications from SMP are rare, they can occur, including slight bleeding, itchiness, redness, discoloration, fading, or localized swelling.


12. In cases where extremely dry or flaking skin could compromise results, Coastline SMP may reschedule the session for the client’s benefit.


13. We cannot guarantee premium results in the event of untreated skin conditions present on the scalp.


14. All existing client touch-ups will be charged a flat fee of $400 per session.


15. Adherence to our aftercare instructions is crucial for optimal results; failure to follow instructions may void the treatment warranty at Coastline SMP’s discretion.


16. We provide a 12-month guarantee with a FREE touch-up session to all SMP clients within the first 12 months of treatment completion. The warranty will be void if clients fail to adhere to aftercare instructions, tamper with the SMP procedure, receive additional treatment from non-approved practitioners, or compromise the results achieved by Coastline SMP.

COSMETIC BROW TATTOO


1. Cosmetic tattoo treatment is a two-step process that consists of an initial brow tattoo session $500) and a brow perfecting session ($100).


2. The brow perfecting session must occur no earlier than four weeks and no later than eight weeks after the initial cosmetic brow tattoo.


3. Follow-up sessions outside the allowable timeframe of 8 weeks to 12 months will be charged $250.


4. Clients looking to have a touch-up of an existing brow tattoo and do not require mapping will be charged a flat fee of $350. This procedure will not require a follow-up, perfecting appointment.


5. Clients looking to touch up existing brow tattoos that require re-mapping will be treated as new clients and charged accordingly.


6. Existing clients 12+ months color refresh price is $350


7. A $100 brow booking deposit is required to secure appointments


FINE LINE TATTOOS


1. Coastline SMP is strictly an 18+ studio. No children are to attend appointments.


2. Deposits may be requested at the studio’s discretion.


3. Numbing cream changes the texture of the skin, compromising the quality of the tattoo. Therefore, it is not recommended. If numbing cream has been applied before the appointment, we will complete the service.


4. The minimum charge per person is $100. All quotes are estimated based on the size and complexity of the tattoo.


5. Any changes to the design or size of the tattoo on the day of service may affect the final price.


6. Fineline tattoos heal light and fade, usually resulting in a grey rather than a black line. Over time, tattoos thicken up. All this is normal.


7. Some high-traffic areas of the body, such as hands, fingers, feet, wrists, and ankles, almost always require a touch-up. The ink tends to fade and drop out, in some cases, as soon as one week after the tattoo.


8. All touch-ups will be charged at a minimum of $30 up to $100 – each quoted individually according to the tattoo's size.

CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT


1. We do not offer refunds on any service, including gift vouchers.


2. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule appointments. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or loss of deposit at our discretion. A no-show of your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit.


3. All appointments are rescheduled based on availability.


4. Coastline Ink reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, with new amendments superseding previous terms and conditions.


Deposit payment is deemed as acceptance of all the above booking terms and conditions.
